Rev. Counter / Tacho.     
 

After buying my Aygo, I decided to have a rev-counter fitted.
It would be £252.00 for parts alone !
Surely it can't be rocket science to fit one......No, it isn't.

Here's how......

First, go to a Peugeot Dealer and order these parts.

Rev counter 6105VN
Rev counter screw 6105VK
Rev counter cowling 4131Z5

About £134.00......Much Better !

Your new Speedo housing has slot in it like this:-




Turn the steering wheel to the left revealing this screw.



Remove it. Turn the wheel to the right and remove the other.

Carefully lift up the old speedo housing cover revealing:-



You will see a small white plug taped to the rest of the wires.
Untape it and push it into this socket on the bottom of the Rev-counter:-



Then, slide the Rev-counter into place like this:-



Fit the bolt and tighten it.

Slide the new speedo cover into place and secure with the two screws.

Job done.
